The Internet gives us a bobblehead database

The maturation of Patrick Kane in bobblehead form

Have you ever wondered if the Atlanta Thrashers put out a Ray Ferraro bobblehead in 2001?

Just in case you did, the Thrashers released 18,000 Ferraro bobbleheads on Oct. 13, 2001. Ferraro scored a goal, was minus one, had two shots on goal, sat for two minutes in the penalty box, had 18 shifts and played just over 19 minutes that night.

Forget Corsi and Fenwick, bobblehead stats could be the new hot hockey metric.

These numbers come from Fourth Line Bobbles, an online bobblehead database. The site features bobblehead information, news on upcoming bobbleheads, reviews and more.

While the website likely cannot help you predict player trends for your fantasy team, it can help you answer all those geeky questions you have about one of the NHL's creepiest products.

Puck Daddy did a Q&A with the website's creator Andy Wallace that you can read here.
